Meticulous Reserve Red Wine Selection from the estate
The character of a high-end wine begins long before the grapes reach the winery. At Viñas de la ERRE, we work with plots chosen specifically for their enological potential, applying precision viticulture practices. We have certified Napa-purchased varietal selected precisely based on our terroir and Valle de Guadalupe climate. Our vineyards are low-yield and carefully managed to prioritize quality over quantity. Harvesting is done entirely by hand, cluster by cluster, to ensure only the best grapes arrive at our winery. The vineyard is watered with rainfall and well water on the 25 hectare property.

This level of attention allows us to offer wines with greater aroma and flavor concentration, as well as elegant structure that improves with time. Our wines don’t just stand out when served they also offer extraordinary aging potential, becoming true treasures for collectors and wine lovers.
The Art of Premium Winemaking
Excellence continues in the cellar. Our processes include controlled fermentations in small batches (microvinifications), lees aging to add creaminess, and carefully selected French oak barrels. Every winemaking decision is made to preserve the identity of the terroir and enhance the complexity in every sip.ā

At Viñas de la ERRE, we believe wine is even more enjoyable when you understand where it comes from. That’s why we offer premium wine tourism experiences designed for those who want to go beyond the glass and into the heart of Viñas de la ERRE wine making in Valle de Guadalupe. Private-exclusive services for groups of 6 are a minimum to reserve and up-to 12 people for larger groups. We pick up at the Tecate-border and can take you on a same-day guided tour or overnight stays.
